Where is the store based?
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


When do you ship out your orders?
Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 7 business days from the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been shipped.


Is tracking included with shipping?

Yes, tracking is included with all orders. Shipping starts at $7.00 USD and is charged flat for sticker purchases.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the following are just approximations and shipping times may vary depending on the postal service:

  • Within Canada: 6-15 business days
  • USA: 7-30 business days
Please note that any customs fees and duties may be incurred to the buyer, depending on the country.


Do you ship internationally?

Due to the changes in the tax law, all UK and EU purchases are only available via my Etsy page for easier VAT processing on both the customer and seller end. International purchases can be made on my Etsy store as well!


I put in the wrong shipping address! Can you update the address?


Please contact me within 24 hours of your order and provide your order number and correct shipping address. I will not be able to redirect a shipment once your order has been dispatched.


What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact me within 24 hours of your order along with your order number if you would like to request a cancellation.
